Trong không khí dân chủ, nghiêm túc và đầy tinh thần trách nhiệm, Trường THCS Ngọc Thụy đã long trọng tổ chức Hội nghị viên chức, người lao động năm học 2026 – 2027.
Tham dự Hội nghị có Nhà giáo Lê Kim Tuyến – Bí thư Đảng ủy, Hiệu trưởng nhà trường; Nhà giáo Cung Thị Lan Hương – Phó Bí thư Đảng ủy, Phó Hiệu trưởng; Nhà giáo Nguyễn Thị Bích Hồng – Đảng ủy viên, Phó Hiệu trưởng, cùng 111 cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên Trường THCS Ngọc Thụy. Hội nghị là sinh hoạt chính trị quan trọng để tập thể nhà trường cùng nhìn lại chặng đường đã qua, phát huy quyền làm chủ, đóng góp trí tuệ và thống nhất các mục tiêu trọng tâm cho năm học mới.
Kiểm điểm và định hướng: Hội nghị đã tập trung đánh giá kết quả năm học 2025 – 2026, xác định nhiệm vụ trọng tâm năm học 2026 – 2027; đồng thời thảo luận về phong trào thi đua, nội quy – quy chế, hoạt động của Ban Thanh tra nhân dân, công tác tài chính và quản lí nhà trường.
Tham luận chuyên sâu, bám sát đổi mới: Các ý kiến đóng góp tại Hội nghị tập trung vào những vấn đề mang tính chiến lược:
Giải pháp triển khai hiệu quả giáo dục AI (12 tiết/năm học);
Lộ trình và giải pháp đưa Tiếng Anh trở thành ngôn ngữ thứ hai trong nhà trường;
Giải pháp nâng cao năng lực tự học, tự bồi dưỡng của đội ngũ giáo viên.
Những tham luận tâm huyết đã góp phần định hình rõ nét hướng đi phát triển chuyên môn trong giai đoạn mới.
Ký kết giao ước thi đua: Để thể hiện quyết tâm hưởng ứng các phong trào thi đua trong năm học mới, đồng chí Lê Kim Tuyến – Hiệu trưởng nhà trường cùng các đồng chí Tổ trưởng chuyên môn đã thực hiện nghi thức ký kết giao ước thi đua năm học 2026 – 2027, thống nhất mục tiêu và quyết tâm hoàn thành tốt các nhiệm vụ đề ra.
Đồng thuận và quyết tâm cao: Hội nghị đã tiến hành kiện toàn Ban Thanh tra nhân dân nhiệm kỳ 2026 – 2028, phát động phong trào thi đua, tổ chức ký giao ước thi đua giữa Hiệu trưởng với các tổ chuyên môn, đồng thời thông qua dự thảo Nghị quyết với sự đồng thuận tuyệt đối từ toàn thể đại biểu.
Hội nghị khép lại không chỉ khẳng định tinh thần đoàn kết, trách nhiệm của tập thể sư phạm nhà trường, mà còn là cột mốc khởi đầu vững chắc cho một năm học với nhiều đổi mới, sáng tạo và bứt phá.
Với phương châm "Dân chủ – Đoàn kết – Trách nhiệm – Đổi mới – Sáng tạo", tập thể Trường THCS Ngọc Thụy quyết tâm hoàn thành xuất sắc nhiệm vụ năm học 2026 – 2027, tiếp tục kiến tạo một môi trường giáo dục hạnh phúc, nhân văn và chất lượng cao!

NGOC THUY SECONDARY SCHOOL SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED THE CONFERENCE OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES AND WORKERS AND LAUNCHED THE EMULATION MOVEMENT FOR THE 2026 – 2027 SCHOOL YEAR
In a democratic, serious, and highly responsible atmosphere, Ngoc Thuy Secondary School solemnly organized the Conference of Public Employees and Workers for the 2026 – 2027 school year.
Attending the Conference were Teacher Le Kim Tuyen – Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of the school; Teacher Cung Thi Lan Huong – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice Principal; Teacher Nguyen Thi Bich Hong – Member of the Party Committee and Vice Principal, along with all 111 staff, teachers, and employees of Ngoc Thuy Secondary School. The conference served as an important political event for the school community to review the past journey, exercise democratic rights, contribute intellectual insights, and unify key objectives for the new academic year.
Review and Orientation: The conference focused on evaluating the results of the 2025 – 2026 school year, determining core tasks for the 2026 – 2027 school year, and discussing emulation movements, internal regulations, the activities of the People's Inspection Committee, financial management, and school administration.
In-depth Presentations Close to Innovation: Contributions at the conference centered on strategic issues:
Solutions for effectively implementing AI education (12 periods/school year);
Roadmap and solutions to make English the second language within the school;
Solutions to enhance the self-study and professional development capacity of teachers.
These dedicated presentations contributed to clearly defining the direction for professional development in the new phase.
Signing of Emulation Covenants: To demonstrate the determination to respond to the emulation movements of the new school year, Principal Le Kim Tuyen and the Heads of Professional Departments performed the ritual of signing the emulation covenant for the 2026 – 2027 school year, unifying objectives and committing to successfully completing all assigned tasks.
High Consensus and Determination: The conference successfully consolidated the People's Inspection Committee for the 2026 – 2028 term, launched the emulation movement, carried out the signing of emulation covenants between the Principal and professional departments, and approved the draft Resolution with absolute consensus from all delegates.
The conference concluded, affirming not only the solidarity and responsibility of the school's pedagogical collective but also serving as a solid starting milestone for a school year full of innovation, creativity, and breakthroughs.
